Fort Morgan, Colorado runs it's 17th Annual Fall
Classic. Friday nights race proved frustrating for Dominic. A couple of spin
outs and a blown tire, Dom ran with some of the best drivers in the area. A
learning experience that he took into Sunday where he ran in the "last chance"
race where only the top two finishers could advance to the A-Main Event.
In the "last chance" race Dom started in 3rd place and after a bump and spin out
in the first lap, Dominic regained his composure and picked off the second place
car while avoiding a couple of spinouts as he gained on the leader. Dominic just
could not fight off the lead car but with a large field of experienced drivers
behind him trying to get to the top two cars to continue to the A-main, Dom
never relinquished his 3rd place position.
Dom showed that he is learning fast as he heads towards his breakout race.
