  Event #3 was another great success on and off the track. Sunday afternoon was the first event for the Oberlin Kansas Speedway and included an open house for the local residents to get to know the racers. The #6u Dominic Ursetta and 3b Eddie Belec Jr. along with representatives from Schwan's including the well stocked Schwan's truck from the Colby Kansas region. Racers and fans were all very excited to become Schwan's customers as the weather was perfect for selling ice cream and other great Schwan's products. On the track the Schwan's logo was in the lime light as both Colorado drivers were able to race to great heat race finish’s to assure them a great starting spot in the all star filled field. The 2 young lions broke into the top 10 and crossed the line nose to tail with Ursetta coming in 8th and Belec crossing the line 1000th of a second behind in 9th. “Our team had a great afternoon with a nice mix of Public Relations on the various radio shows in attendance and on the track, this was a tuff field to make and our drivers and crew members made it possible to put ourselves in the racing spotlight again”
