Starting the Heat inside second row Dom quickly moved up to second position where he ran head to head with #41 Bill Lundock until the last lap where Dom pulled ahead and finished first.

The re-draw for the Main Event starts Dom  in 5th position, he runs a tough race and finishes 6th.
