    Taking an early lead in the heat race from the third starting spot, Dom was able to pull away and take the convincing win.

    The pill draw before the main event put the 6u on the outside of the sixth row. On the first lap a car came down across the nose of his car cutting the right front tire and causing Dom to pit. When he came back on the track he was unfortunately four laps down but still had a great car. Ursetta would pass all the cars on the track including the leader and teammate Eddie Belec Jr proving that his car was a true contender. Although a thirteenth place finish was the result.
